Not sure what to say?

I am still sad that Keith us no longer with us. I miss going to concerts with him. I often think if Keith when I hear music we appreciated. I wish Keith continues to hear great music!

Keith was a year older and one of the guys I learned a lot from back in high school -- even how to be a proficient 'stage-jumper' (..among other things).

A sharp and funny h.s. newspaper writer, Keith once managed to snag an interview with the one and only B.B. King for our school paper.

An indelible force in many people's lives, I'm saddened to learn of his passing.

My deepest sympathies to Keith's family. I first met Keith while he was at Federal Times and I was few steps across the newsroom at Air Force Times. I had the distinct honor of lifting many a glass with him, and always admired his anti-authoritarian streak, empathy for the underdog and puckish sense of humor. Keith was a card-carrying idealist with a tender heart, and he leaves an afterglow of smiles and fond memories.

Keith and I were friends since the 60's; I've always deeply valued his friendship. He was steadfastly personable and genuine, a close and supportive friend to me and many others. He pursued his personal and work lives with great focus and intensity. The outcomes were pure Keith. . . an extraordinary individual living an extraordinary life. Our world is darker without him. My heart goes out to Kathy, Linda, and his mom. I'm so sorry. God bless you, Keith. We'll miss you.

Keith was the first and longest-lasting friend I made in D.C., shortly after I joined Federal Times in 1983. He was the best editor I ever had, the most insightful, demanding, and honest. We also shared very similar, jaundiced views about American politics in general and official Washington in particular. Most of all, though, I'll remember the warm comradeship through countless beery evenings over the years. I will miss him always.

My deepest condolences. I worked with Keith at Federal Times what seems like yesterday. Passionate and focused, Keith was an inspiration.
