Not sure what to say?

Keith was one of the most the most caring, dedicated, and selfless employees Sun Garden had... On a human level and on a business level he had an uncommon ability to find the crux to problems. Keith was analytically gifted about everything mechanical, but could switch gears effortlessly and address the human element replete with all its shortcomings, fragilities and egos...and still identify the main issue or problem.

He seemed to have many interests and was extremely broad minded...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My most sincere condolences to his immediate family and his extended family.

The day that Lori called me, I was in complete shock to hear about Keith's passing. I was in tears as well as heart broken to hear the sad news. Keith was like a father, friend, and sponsor during my career in the tomato food processing.

I have many great memories of Keith. He was a great and talented man. He was also a very good friend of mine. I will forever cherish and treasure the great...

My most sincere condolences to the immediate family and his extended family (Sun Garden Staff).

When I opened my e-mail this morning I could not help but feel a lump in my throat followed by temporary blurred vision. I asked myself, where has the time gone? It has been over a decade since we were all together.

As I reminisce about my days in Sun garden and the times I spent with Keith, I recall his quick wit and at times it would take me a few minutes to get on his page, and...

I just heard about Keith. I must have been out of touch.Keith was a great guy. He taught me so much about the tomato canning process. He was a walking encyclopedia. If he did not know the answer to something he would have it by the next day. Lori, Keith and myself spent many hours a day planning, budgeting and improving canning techniques. Keith was totally committed to the tomato plant. It was his life. When I took over the operations,Keith was there as my confidant. We went through a lot of...

Keith will be missed. He was a gentle man who would walk down our street to go visit his Mother, Esther. We will miss seeing him and chatting with him. I pray that he is now walking on streets made of gold. Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Dear Keith, Thank you for helping me through Bellarmine High School Physics. I couldn't believe that stuff wasn't flying over your head too. We reconnected when Cal Can was kicking Sun Garden's butt in Canners League baseball and you walked up to me and said "do you know me?" You turn around and on your back "Keith Thrift". I always had trouble with that one with my slight lisp. I was always proud to have recommended you for work @ Sun Garden and equally proud to have charished our...

I am saddened by the news I got today that a very dear and sweet man has passed. I worked at Sun Garden for a few years and remember everyone fondly. I have thought often of Keith because he was so kind and just so sweet. I was pregnant the last year I worked there and he always would ask how I was and bring me pop corn and would even bring me food from the Bold Knight. He didn't have to do that, he would just do it. I told him he wanted me to explode, and I still blame him for the weight I...

Hi all;
I was shocked and saddened to hear about Keith’s passing.
I can recall with clarity his slight pause, then mischievous smile, and finally a cleaver remark about the topic of conversation; which could run from a popular musician to an Urchel dice configuration. Never a complaint but his keen sense of humor let you know exactly how he felt about an issue.
He was truly “one of a kind’ and will be truly missed.
Attached are a few pictures I came across.
Best wishes to all...
