Jeanne, this is Keith Marquart. My brother, John, just called me to tell me of Keith´s passing. Keith and I were close friends from the neighborhood. We lost touch when I moved from Washington to attend college and law school. I never failed to visit him at the tire store when I would visit family. He really did enjoy story telling and visiting with friends; but after learning I had become a Judge he couldn´t bring himself to call me `honorable´. The obituary could not have described him...
