Not sure what to say?

I never personally met Keith, but my buddy and I used to see him working out at this gym in Dallas. He seemed like a nice guy, and we always heard good things about him. My buddy and I were in high school back then. We wanted to be like Keith! He had no clue that we thought of him so highly! This is really strange, but I just decided to google him for really no good reason. I am really shocked to see this.

On the anniversary of your passing my friend, just to let you know, helped some local students with their workout dedicated to you in pursuit of excellence in both health and knowledge. Later we shared passages from our favorites books.

Your inspiration lives on as you encourage us from Above buddy!

Met Keith first through training. Later at a church event.
His heart was even bigger than his muscles.
He will always inspire me to my best mentally, physically and spiritually.

I knew Keith almost 40 years ago! I just looked him up out of the blue. I was shocked!!! We were pretty much buddies, just didn't hang out. He was a very funny guy. Not till today did I realize he was less than 3 weeks older than me! I don't know what could have taken him. I couldn't find out how. If anyone gets this and could talk with me.about such a great guy, Please call--- 469-778-8785 Kent

Whitley Family, I just learned of Keith's passing today. I am so sorry for your loss. Keith and I shared three wonderful years together and I will always cherish the memories of him.

Whitley Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Keith trained me while I was playing volleyball in college and trained with my brother for a short while. He was such a great trainer, a kind person with a good sense of humor and incredibly smart. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I didnt know Keith personally at all. I never did meet him. But about 20 years ago, I was an aspiring young bodybuilder who just graduated High School. Saw Keith in a few bodybuilding magazines and a book. I had read that Keith was also a teacher and I too wanted to be a teacher at the time. I was impressed by this man who seemed to have a passion for both of my goals. So I found a contact for Keith at a gym in Texas. I called the gym cold and low and behold Keith was in the gym and the...
