I am saddened to hear of the passing of my long ago school mate Keiva. She once wrote in my 9th grade annual that she thought I was one of the greatest people she knew, and that I would go far. I don't know that I ever went as far as she would have wished, but not far enough to ever forget about what a sweet girl she was.
