Not sure what to say?

Kelley was 1 of my only cousins... I even named my daughter after her... Kelley meant soooo much to me... and often have conversations with her... lolol... Kelley was a shining light.. n I loved growing up with her & her brother... Thankfully My daughter was born the same day as Kelley.. so I think if her often... soooo wish I could have seen her kids n played in her life...

Wow, I don't know quite what to write. I stumbled onto this site by accident and I'm deeply saddened by this. I knew Kelley from the days when we went to elementary school together -- all the way through high school.

I know a lot of time has passed, but I felt compelled to write a little something for Kelley. She was a great person with incredible ambition and drive well beyond her years.

I'll never forget the time (when we were young) when she invited me over to...

"Fare-Thee-Well, Farewell"

The world's a lesser place,
now that you're not here,
out of sight - not out of mind,
your memory still clear.
Our lives less bright,
our hearts grow cold,
so prayers be said
and stories told
to help us heal & cry & grieve
the gentle angel heaven has received
Life forever different now
without you standing near,
present thoughts of you Up There
the sole source...

Kelley just had something magical about her; it could be seen in her smile, the way she carried herself and her wonderful and entertaining stories. Things were always exciting when Kelley was around. She was a very special woman and will be deeply missed by all. I feel very fortunate to call her my friend.

The best way to describe Kelley is inspiring. She was the kind of person who made you want to try harder. Aside from being a friend to me Kelley was also a mentor. She inspired me to work at Devereux which led me to my career goal today. I have Kelley to thank for that.

I will always remember Kelley as a gifted and dynamic spirit. She always lifted me up with her special brand of Kelley comedy, and impressed me with the way she cut straight to the truth. I miss you Kelley, thank you for the memories.

Kelley. Meeting her was one of the shining moments of my college years. Can a person truly sparkle? Kelley could.
She was a sister, a comedian, a humanitarian, a powerhouse, and a dear, dear friend to us all. God, I loved her. And I miss her already. And I never had time to respond to that silly forward...
All my love to the countless friends and family members left trying to understand.

I met Kelley while working with her at Devereux. She has always brought sunshine and smiles into my life. I am very happy and proud to have known her as well as I did.

Kelley was a wonderful person whose infectious smile made you feel better always. Kelley instilled joy in anyone who met her.
