Kelly passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. Kelly was a resident of Lititz, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. A former United States Marine who served with pride and distinction, Kelly was a 2010 graduate of Warwick High School, and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Lititz Springs Post 1463. I heard of the passing of Kelly Claar, a former United States Marine, and I send my sincerest condolences at his loss. As a former member of the Nevada Army National Guard, ('85-'97) I tip my jungle hat, clear the broadcast channel from the Signal Corps, and render a proper salute.
