Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Kelly's kindness. We met on a shoot for Readers' Digest. She instantly became one of my son's favorite people. Whenever he was hospitalized Kelly would bring by a care package for Michael. She may have been small in size but she was mighty in spirit. Kelly will never be forgotten.

Still a tragic, tragic loss.

I will never forget this woman who was so full of life, filled with talent, mercy and kindness. She spoke of her family as being her greatest gifts. It would be impossible for anyone who ever had the good fortune to cross her path in this life not to recall her as a force of nature. Miss you Kelly.

I find it hard to believe the world has gone on for a year since Kelly left. I have been inspired by her talent and over the past year have picked up the camera and began to shoot portraits of young families that were losing a loved one. Mom, Dad, Grandma. It has been in Kelly's honor and by Gods grace, that I have been able to bless these families with memories to cherish, just as she did. I am sure Kelly's most loved pictures are the spontaneous ones she gifted people with. Miss you !

I worked with Kelly on numerous shoots. The world just lost an amazing beautiful person and I just lost an incredible friend. I am truly heartbroken and my prayers go out to her loving family . We will see her again one day.

Dear Chris, Matthew and Mark,

I just learned that Kelly passed away today. As customary between us I would think of Kelly and send her an email or call her or she would do the same. Kelly took our photos for a 2003 Readers' Digest feature article entitled "Saving Michael Bowen". The editors gave Kelly a list of photos to take. One of which was a photo of me holding an image of my son Evan who had passed away in 1990. I refused. I told Kelly that my son was more than a...

Chris, I read this morning that Kelly had passed away. I've had a heavy heart for you and your family throughout the day. Though it's been more than 25 years since I last saw Kelly at USF while the two of you were dating, I was saddened to hear the news.

Kelly was such a positive upbeat person with so much creative talent. Her energy was contagious. I had the great opportunity to work with her on many photo assignments over the years. She will be missed.
