Not sure what to say?

Kelly, I still cant believe you arent on earth anymore. We had such a small high school graduating class , unlike the super size big ones we have now, and we were like a little family of our own at Bessemer Academy in 1981! You will be remembered in many ways, and all of them good. You were a great mom, person, Friend and everybody liked you and your smile lit up a room. We will see you again in heaven my dear !

I was just made aware that Kelly passed today. She was a pleasure to work with and a credit to her profession.

I continue to come back to this page frequently, as I think of Kelly often. Billy, Madison, Conner and J, please know that Kelly was as wonderful a friend as she was a wife, mother and daughter. She is greatly missed. Your family remains in my prayers.

Joyce, Woody & Billy,
I just found out about this and I am truly devastated by the news. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God comfort you in the days/months ahead.
Much love,
Vicki Rogers

Kelly and I spent a month together when we went through Advanced Alcohol & Tobacco Training in Cincinnatti. We became fast friends and although we were in different states we stayed in touch and would occassionally get to be in training together. I always loved Kelly's spirit, she was always so happy, smiling, laughing, joking and so much fun to be around her joy was infectious. She loved her children and husband and always had stories to tell. She will be greatly missed in the ATF...

Kelly became a dear friend to me while I lived in Birmingham. I am shocked and deeply saddened to learn of her passing. A beautiful woman who enriched the lives of many people. Cling tight to the memories, precious memories - they will bring you great comfort in the days ahead.

Billy, we were so sorry to hear of your wife's death. Although we did not know her personally, we knew her to be a special person by how you spoke of her. You and your entire family are in our prayers.

Kelly was a special person to both me and members of my training class at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. She was an outstanding instructor who knew her material well, was excited to share her knowledge and experience with us, was bright, positive, happy and some one we all appreciated and respected as an instructor and as a co-worker. May God bless Kelly and her family-she is some one we should all aspire to be like!

I would like to extend my condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Kelly Minyard. I met her briefly as an instructor for my ATF Academy Class. I remember her warm spirit to this day. I know that she will be greatly missed by those who had the opportunity to know her longer than myself.
