I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked with Kelly for about 18 years. I was the secretary for his former bosses - Fred Gray and Tommy Everhart when Kelly was a Utility Supervisor. I retired in 1992 and lost touch. Kelly was one of the most gentle, kind and considerate people I ever met. He tried so very hard to please everyone.
