To the family of Kelsey, We were sorry to hear of your loss. I met Kelsey at a Burnett family reunion in Corsicana in 2001, (I think.) Peggy came to the reunion with him. My sister Ruth, came from California. I saw him again when we visited Dallas in 2004. He came to the hotel to visit Ruth and us. Ruth knew him very well and was saddened by his death as they are of the same age era. I am sorry this message is late, but we did not get the news of his passing until now.
