Not sure what to say?

Sandy, Gayle, Donna, Karen and Families --- My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am so very sorry for your loss of Ken. He was such a tremendous inspiration and gift to so many. I know it has been a tough journey for you all, and I hope you can be comforted by knowing that he is no longer suffering, but is now lifted and enfolded in amazing glory. May the love and healing comfort of our Creator embrace and hold you all through this time of grief and change.

My love is with you.

Sandy, I'm so sorry to hear about Ken. Jackie and David will always remember the trip to lake when he let them drive the boat! Love to the whole family.

Sandy,

I am so sorry for your loss, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ken at First Bank. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sandy and family,I am truly sorry that I could not attend the service today. Only knowing him from church,it was obvious that he was always the BEST dressed, and had the greatest smile! God Bless and keep you in his care! Ron edwards

My sympathy to the Dillard family at this time of loss. I am sorry I could not personally visit with family and friends. I new Ken from working with him in the mortgage business and he ALWAYS conducted himself with integrity, dignity, respect for others, and, with class.

May this comfort all that knew him.

Graduating from Normandy High in 1958, nearly a decade after Ken, I knew who he was. Talk about a living legend! His sister Sally had been my counselor in summer camp when I was 12. I always hoped to meet Ken and finally, after the Normandy alumni newspaper was started in 2002 with me as editor, I got in touch with him and together we gave a reunion luncheon at Spiro's on Olive Street Road. Ken turned out to be exactly the person I'd always thought he would be, a really wonderful and...

Ken was a great fraternity brother( SAE ) . He lead the chapter in athletics, entertainment - always a leader.
We will miss him

My condolence to the family of Ken. Though I have not seen him since our 1949 graduation, I still remember him from NHS days. I looked in the year book today and he was the same as I remembered. His images as “Saga King” and “Campus Cupid”, reflect him as the handsomest guy in the class. His message in my yearbook from 65 years ago, kind and complimentary, a true reflection of the gentleman he was, even then. Goodbye Ken.
