Not sure what to say?

To the family of the late Kendall Wilson,
Our sincere sympathy to the family of a wonderful former classmate from Virginia State College, now Univesity. We lost touch with one another through the years but a personality like his brings back memories never forgotten. He was always a gentleman with high standards and morals. You were blessed to have had him in your lives.

As a reporter who sometimes found himself on the beat with Kendall, I recall him as a solid professional who was comfortable covering any type of event or issue. Black journalists throughout the Philadelphia area, greatly admired Kendall's skill, professionalism and longevity. Prayers and condolences to the loving family.

Sincerly,
Vernon Clark, staff writer Philadelphia Inquirer

My prayers are with the family at this time, Kendal was a very good friend and elder to me. We shared many long conversations about life, Philadelphia, Black people, politics, etc. There was no topic that he was not knowledgeable about. I learned a lot from him. He will surely be missed, but certainly not forgotten, On behalf of Men United for a Better Philadelphia, in which he was an original member, Rest in Peace.
