Our family lived a block away on Tioga, and my Mom knew your family from John Muir PTA. I will always associate the lovely spicy smell of carnations (now too often bred out or them) with your flowers. I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your Dear Father.
Still to this day when I see a carnation I think about the beautiful ones your Father created and grew. I was thinking about you and Googled you and read about your Father. I will be praying for you and all your family that God's peace and comfort be yours. And that your hearts will be filled with joy as remember your families life together.

I grew up around the corner from the Fujii's nursery on Lucien Way. Both my brothers Tom and Bill worked for Kenny. The smell of carnations is a memory I will always carry when thinking about my childhood. Kenny will be missed, he was always happy, a smile on his face and waving as you passed by.
