Not sure what to say?

I remember Dr. Fye as the most dedicated, honest and skillful doctor I have ever known. My memories are at Ross general hospital where I worked on the floors and had direct contact as a nurse with all of our patients. He will always be remembered. Sincerely, C. Hahm, RN.

I always felt blessed to have Dr. Fye as my physician. I will never forget his 6:00 AM phone calls on the occassions he thought the trip into UCSF would be too taxing for me. We would communicate over the phone discussing the issues at hand;no matter how busy his schedule, he always found a way to find the time for everyone. His amazing knowledge, coupled with his genuine kindness, was such a wonderful blend in which contributed to the very special, unforgettable man that he was and who will...

Dr fey was a wonderful physician, who diagnosed my autoimmune condition when no one else could. I'll never forget the day he told me:"remember, none of us are gonna get out of this alive!" he knew I would laugh at that and in hard times I think of him saying this and I smile.

My husband, William Callas and I, Lois will greatly and sadly miss Dr. Fye, whom we faithfully followed as patients from his Greenbrae office from 1983, even making trips from Windsor,CA (Sonoma) to the current UCSF Rheaumatology clinic. Ken gave us direction and hope in helping diagnosing our conditions beyond Arthritis. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family. May his legacy of teaching continue to brighten the lives of other patients, colleagues, etc.
Mr. and Mrs. William Callas
