Not sure what to say?

Ken was the most avid native plant gardener I knew. With Susan's help he turned his suburban lot into an amazing, magical place.

Ken was personable, sweet, and affectionate. Some of us used to tease him and call him a "hand-kissing fop". He was generous too. My garden boasts several large beautiful coonties that Ken gave me.

Ken's equanimity in the face of such a terrible diagnosis is an inspiration to us all.

Ken and I had many great times. From playing golf, riding motorcycles, shooting and having lunch almost every week for years. We always laughed when we were together. I will miss him and think of him always.

Susan, you have our sincere sympathy in the loss of your dear husband. Ken was a unique personality. We are so sorry for the long period of suffering. You were so caring and kind to him during this time. Be assured that he is now in a better place, at rest with Christ the Lord. Even so, Amen.

Kenny was such a sweet person and I remember him as having the funniest and best sense of humor. I am so sorry to hear of this illness he has endured and of his passing. My prayers are with the entire family at this difficult time.
