How lucky were we to know this force of nature? He was quick with a laugh and hug and will be missed dearly. Our hearts are with you at this time and may the many memories keep you comforted.

Dear Lana and Lanie family, I am so sorry to hear the passing of Ken. His flashing eyes and huge smile will be missed in the interior. Take care.

Ken was my boss on my last job before I retired. We kept in touch over the years. Played golf,visited with mutual friends. Ken was a fun loving guy and a friend. His passing is a loss for all who knew him. Thinking of you Lana. Love you both.

Sad news. I first met Kenny back in the early 70's at the time when we were all lined up at the Local 302 hiring hall when it was on 1st Ave. Fbks. along the Chena River. All in hopes of getting a job on the Pipeline. We got our jobs and crossed paths a lot over the years. Kenny did real well in Local 302. I have a lot of good memories working with Kenny Assyd. Rest in peace old friend.

About a month ago I was telling the story of the bee sting day to a friend . Worked with Kenny a lot over the years , gonna miss him for sure . Good person all the way .
