Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear Mr. Behring passed away .seem like a nice man, always treated me with respect .I took care of his HVACat his home for years.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. My condolences to Pat and the boys and their families. He was a kind and generous man. Working for him at Blackhawk was a highlight of my career. My son Robert has wonderful memories of that time in his life as well, shooting the breeze with Billy Martin at the club. May Ken Rest In Peace and I pray that the family is carrying on and continuing to make him proud. Sincere (belated) sympathy to all of you. Judy Watry Dlugonski

What a fabulous, hardworking, generous, life-inspiring, charitable, good man; with an equally fabulous woman, Pat, throughout his life, by all accounts.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
On God's right-side, may his soul be.

Ciarán,
Dublin, Ireland.

Our condolences from The Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, Florida. Many warm memories of Wheelchair Foundation distributions!

To Thomas, Jeff and the entire Behring Family, my prayers go out to you during this difficult time. I was so saddened to hear that your Father passed away. He was an inspiration to us all. Ken and I shared many wonderful conversations in my office and in the galleries at the Auto Museum during my twelve-plus years.
He'd tap on my window, sit down and chat for a few minutes and then was on his way.
He had a dozen favorite cars of which he loved to talk about the history.
I left the Museum after the 2007 Pebble Beach Concours and you, Ken and Family are a dear part of my life.

To our Friend Ken: Thank you for being our Friend. To Ken's family, our condolences. Janis and George Bentley. Lafayette, LA

Comments given by Ken Behring in the Brigham Young University Commencement, August 2002, when he received an honorary doctorate degree (I treasure my friendship with this good man):

If I have any wisdom worth this honorary doctorate that you have so kindly given me, it is this: Giving is not a duty; it is a joy.

I wish every one of you graduates could lift someone into a wheelchair and look into his or her eyes. There are no barriers of race or religion or culture when your...

I was honored to work closely with Ken in the early successful days of worldwide wheelchair distribution. I will always remember that he never lost how to reach down and lift someone up. Surely, he do does God's service will receive God's pay. Ken's effort to earn a living then use those resources to help others is exemplary. I treasure a friendship from years ago with this good man! Love and best wishes to Pat, to David and to the entire Behring family!
