I went to school with Ken. In fact, we graduated from Union Class f 1960. He was always so nice and he always had a smile on his face. He will be missed.

To the Betz family. I recently heard of Ken´s passing and fondly remember the many years I knew him as a client. One of the kindest people I knew, it was always a joy to stop and visit and then conduct our business after catching up. My sincere condolences and May you RIP Ken.

I had the wonderful opportunity to know Ken through his daughter, Heidi, a dear friend. He was a man of great humor, joy, intellect, adventure and it was always a treat to be in his presence. He took me to my first tailgate and boy did he teach me how to do it right! My memories of our time together at "the cabin" are full of laughter and kindness and of being welcome. I am a better person having known Ken. Truly. His kindness and love of life had a profound influence on me at a time when I...

Ken was very kind, a great conversationalist, eager to relate to people and positive in all aspects. I enjoyed hours talking with him, about Michigan football, current events, our lives as fathers and husbands, and much more. He stopped by to purchase eggs from us, the proceeds from which went to the boys' college funds - but we really just liked to shoot the breeze. Good fella.
