Not sure what to say?

Ken was an influential mentor to me as a kid. I have many good memories of the Billo house In my teens, and of “Bones” and “Myown”. You will be missed. Rest in peace.

Jackie, Kim, Scott, Jeff and families
Ken Billo, ... Old Eagle Eye. My friend and partner when I was with the Sheriff's office early on. A dedicated police officer that helped me as a young Deputy way back when. Sue and I created many memories with Kenny and the family. We were like family, Socializing and working together.
Thank God that the statute of limitations has ran out on the many pranks we pulled back then.
I will miss my friend.
Rest in peace Kenny.

Jackie and family. I just heard of Kenny’s passing and I am so sorry for your loss. He was a fantastic man and was a great friend to my family. He tirelessly served as a public servant and we are all thankful to him for his service to protect our freedoms from within. He was such a good friend to my dad and his life had an positive impact on all of us Hiblers and we will never forget him. I know that the loss of someone so close and as special as your husband/father is so hard and sometimes...

Diane and family, sincere condolences. May your many wonderful memories provide some comfort at this time.

Jackie and family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. May the fond memories that you have bring you some comfort at this difficult time. I always remember the good neighbors on North Broad St. God bless your family,

When I was justice for the Town of Colesville, I was privileged to see deputy Billo frequently in my court, and was always happy to do so. A true professional, he treated everyone with courtesy and respect, defendants and defense counsel as well as other witnesses and members of the public. My deepest sympathies to his family, friends and fellow law enforcement professionals.

To Ken’s family... I send love to you all and I wasn’t sure what to say here... I’m still trying to process that he’s gone.... we became friends nearly 40 years ago when he marched into the DMV. There’s a wealth of memories I have and all of our chats... I’ll miss that “snarky” way you had, Billo... I’ll miss you and love you forever, my friend. My heart goes out to his family... and his latest best buddy, Bailee... I’m sure you’re happy to see K9 Duke and K9 Bones once again... see ya...

My deepest sympathies to Kenny’s family. He worked for my father at BCSD and when I was a trooper we worked together at various times. He was friendly, congenial, honest and a true dedicated police officer. He was in my prayers for months as I hoped he would recover from the stroke. So sad, he will be missed.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
