Not sure what to say?

Admiral Carr and his lovely wife Molly visited Naples Italy while I was attached to the Staff of COMSUBGRU 8. We shared some of the joys of Napoli and they were most gracious and appreciative. He was a stellar submariner and a distinguished Leader. May their Memory be eternal.

Admiral Carr was a shipmate of my father's on NAUTILUS and he and "Aunt" Molly were close friends of our family throughout my entire life. The United States has lost a true leader and gentleman who will be missed by all who knew him. Fair winds and following seas..... Don Hall, CDR, USN (Ret.)

I serve with Ken as a fellow Commissioner of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. We shared a deep concern for doing the right thing for our nation to the best of our abilities. Ken always looked out for the staff and appreciated their efforts and challenges. He was an Admiral but stated in the Navy as an enlisted man and never forgot it. He was one o our nation's best.

Dear Ken Carr, what an asset you were to South Franklin Circle! We shall all miss you very much, but wish you peace with your dear Molly. Jean P. Wiant

My deepest condolences to the Carr and Pace families. Ken and Molly opened their home and hearts to me and I shall always treasure the fun times that we had together. You are both forever loved very deeply.

My condolences to your family. Adm. Carr was my CO on the USS FLASHER. The best CO I ever had in my 20yrs of service. I was honored to serve with him again when he was COMMANDING OFFICER US NAVY SUBMARINE FORCE ATLANTIC FLEET. Rest your oars sailor, we have the watch.
