Gerald: Back in 1965, I was a medical resident at Hahnemann and was on the service of yours and Kenneth's, and I covered for you making night and weekend house calls around 25th and Brown. I wanted to express my sincere condolences to you and Ken's family on his passing. I have never forgotten how nice you both were to me.
