Kenneth V. Counts

Kenneth V. Counts, 82 of Rogers, died Saturday, July 25, 2009. He was born June 19, 1927 in Madison County, AR to the late John Ervin and Myrtha Lee Davis Counts. Mr. Counts was a member of Fishback Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army Air Force. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Virgie Counts. Survivors include his wife, Betty Counts of Rogers; son, Robert Counts of Lowell; daughters, Janice Morris of Springdale; Donna Kyles of Rogers; step-sons, Don Bolton of Beau Bridge, LA; Charles Bolton of Louisiana; step-daughters, Cerilla Doyle of Bentonville; Deborah Bradford of Pine Bluff; brothers, Rev. Loy Counts of Springdale; Rev. Bill Counts of Springdale; Rev. Bob Counts of Victorville, CA; sisters, Faye Laverne Hiblong of Little Rock; Linda Sue Masters of Tyler, TX; 22 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 27, 2009 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home, Springdale. Service will be 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Interment will follow at Drakes Creek Cemetery, Madison County, AR.
