So sorry to learn of Ken's passing. We were colleagues together in New Jersey. I had the greatest respect for his leadership, innovative ideas and moral character. We were also good friends and enjoyed golf and other good times with he and Mary Jo. Both of us spent a lot of time at the New Jersey Hospital Association. Ken followed me as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Our prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

I was a St. Clares Hospital lawyer while Ken was its president who showed his leadership, understanding ad sense of fairness in dealing with complicated issues. Proud to have known and learned from him. Tom Curtin

He encouraged me as no other early in my career. The quick laugh, the firm shake, the ability to make you feel good about yourself. Sad that we lost touch as the years went by. A good guy, just a really good guy. Stuart Isler
