Not sure what to say?

He married us 54 yrs ago still married

apologies should say Cracknell obviously!!

Ken Bracknell married my husband and I in 1971 in Loughborough. I contacted him on our 40th wedding anniversary and he remembered us. A lovely man as well as a Christian .I am sure he will be having a lot to say RIP Ken x

Kenneth was a lecturer on the East Midlands Ministry Training Course, based at Nottingham University in England. He was inspirational and great fun! Sad to hear of his death.

Kenneth was inspiring. I took to heart his instruction that interfaith dialogue was only worthwhile if you were open to conversion. His memory is a blessing. Susan I am glad you and he tied the knot. xx Faerie Ross Bell. x

Kenneth encouraged me to study and research Edwin W Smith. That had far reaching consequences for my thinking. He kindly wrote a Foreword for my book on Smith. Kenneth's kind hospitality in 1992 enabled me to delve into archives in Cambridge and discuss their significance in the light of his wise counsel. I came across this obit as I was planning to include mention of him in my Advent 2 service for Sunday which turns out to be the day for his funeral. We are thankful for him and may Susan and...

To Susan...Chris and I were very sad to hear of Ken´s passing; we remember the times we were at your home for parties, including, I think, his 80th birthday as well as a Candlemas gathering. I think of you with fond recollections of our SP adventures over the years, and hope you are doing well. Don´t hesitate to reach out if you´d like to get together for old times sake, as I´d love to catch up... Heartfelt condolences to you and your family; we are thinking of you.

My widow Andrea and I had the pleasure of taking several ILEAD (now OSHER) courses from Ken. He was so educated, kind and understanding. We were both invited to follow-on discussions and snacks at their Norwich home with his wife, Susan. A wonderful, inspirational Christain who left a legacy of wonderful writings. A life well lived.
