We are so saddened to hear of KC´s passing. KC and my son were friends in school and he visited our home often. He was such a sweet kid. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Springfield – Kenneth C. Cudworth III (KC), 31, was tragically taken from his family on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Born in Springfield, he was the son of Kenneth Cudworth Jr. and the late Paula Winters. He attended schools in both Granby and Chicopee and furthered his education at Westover Job Corps. He worked for various moving companies over the years including Sitterly Movers and Federal Movers. KC loved spending time with his family and taking in the beauty of earth’s nature. He spent as much of his life as he could outdoors and many summers with family on ocean beach trips. KC adored children and our family pets. He would always be found with one of them in his arms. KC leaves behind his father, Kenneth Cudworth Jr. and stepmother Christine of Granby, his grandparents Sheila Fleming and Walter Solzak of Springfield, Paul Winters of Chicopee and Joanne Galambos Winters of Rhode Island, Angelina Cudworth and the late Kenneth Cudworth of Easthampton. He was predeceased by his mother Paula Winters in 2022. KC was part of a large loving family and leaves his sister, Ashley Esteves, her husband Joao and their children Avalina and Elijah of Ludlow, his sister Paris Beaudette and Magdiel Marrero of Chicopee, brother, Christian Cudworth and sister Mckenna Cudworth of Granby, and 3 step-siblings; Jacquelyn Tapia and husband Miguel, Zachary Yebernetsky, and Theresa Yebernetsky, all of Granby. KC will also be deeply missed by his dear friend Jacob Schipper. We have lost KC and will never be the same.
Calling hours will be held for KC on Tuesday, April 8th at the O’Brien Family Funeral Home, 33 lamb St. South Hadley, MA 01075 from 4-5:30pm. Following the calling hours there will be a funeral service at 5:30 pm. Burial will be private. For more information or to make online condolences please visit obrienfamilyfh.com

Bro there has been no shortness in words when it has come to your death I just wish we had spoken to eachother a little sooner my friend.
I really would have liked the opportunity to walk with you up another mountain or even jog up the mountain in the winter with ice and snow like we did at least twice, it was actually pretty exhilarating. ”I am pretty sure you fell and i didn’t”. I think once was definitely at night with our flashlights on so we could see but the moon was bright ...
