Not sure what to say?

Just found out Ken had passed. He was my baseball coach many years ago. His good natured approach left me with a lasting "good feeling". That wry smile will never be forgotten.

My father Frank Krafsig and "Kenny" were great friends in high school. They may have even been in the marine corps together. I heard so many funny stories about the two of them when I was growing up. My dad passed away in 2014. I hope they´re saying "roo rooie" "sublican" to each other in heaven!

I am the son of Donald A Olewine, Ken's cousin. Don attended William Penn High School and played football with Ken. His Mom's family lived next-door to my Great Grandfather, Michael E. Houser. Ken's grandmother was Mary A Houser Bowman. Most of the family died in the 1918 Flu Epidemic. Ken's mom, Ethel, was taken in by Mike Houser. Mike Houser lived to be 94. Ken's Mom, Ethel Dapp lived to 100. My condolences to the family.

So sad to hear of the passing of Mr Dapp principal of Steelton Elementary

Rest in Peace Mr. Dapp. I'll always remember you as the Principal at the old Steelton Elementary School. You were a gentleman, you were respected and you were a role model to many.

I was truly saddened to hear of Ken´s passing. Although it´s been a few years since I last saw him, I have many fond memories of working with him on the Capital Area Chapter/PA Sports Hall of Fame golf outings. He was a great gentleman whom I had the utmost respect for. Sincere condolences are extended to his family during this sad time.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Dear Greg & Ken- I was so sorry to read about your father´s recent passing. My brothers & I played church league softball against your dad, & he was always a worthy opponent. I also remember him as a very good basketball official. As a coach, my definition of a good referee was one that hustled, was in position, was consistent, & fair. He epitomized all of those qualities! On a personal level, he never failed to acknowledge any of the Fuhrmans when he saw us by engaging in pleasant...

My condolences to the Dapp Family. I had Mr. Dapp in high school. He was a great teacher.
