El Cahon, Calif. - Kenneth Michael Dart of El Cahon , Calif., went to be with our Father, Lord and Savior on Nov. 21, 2008.

Kenneth was born in New London on Oct. 3, 1956, son of Barbara Dart of 15127 SW 43rd Terrace Road, Ocala FL 34473, and the late Duncan Dart.

In his early 20s he moved to southern California to see cousins and have fun with them!! It was there he met and married his loving wife, Laurie, who survives him along with his three loving children, Nicholas, Cory, and Lauren, and his "sunshine" grandson, Seth Duncan. He also leaves his siblings, Dino Dart, Paula Dart, Kathy Wood, and Thelma Hunter.

Ken worked all his life in construction and later asphalting. The funeral and services will be in California.

Memorial donations in his honor may be made to St. Sophia Endowment Fund, St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, 200 Hempstead St., New London CT 06320 or the New London Community Soup Kitchen, 40 Montauk Ave., New London CT 06320.

Byles-Groton Memorial Home is handling funeral arrangements.
