Read MoreI like to remember his dry humor. We had a 'saying' about Ken at the office. Our job was to negotiate repair costs with auto body shops for our customers. Ken's favorite was "Hold 'em down to all they really want."
Ken used to come by the office on Mondays and a couple of us would go for coffee and 'visit'. Miss that.

I was privileged to work with Ken in the Dallas office of American Road before he retired and on several dealer storm claims.
He taught me tenacity and patience and a few other things on the job and off (where to find a good steak in Odessa). We miss him. He was one of the good guys.
