I will miss my semi-annual phone conversations with Ken. I had the opportunity to work with Ken for over sixteen years at hp. He was my supervisor, mentor, and friend for most of those years as well. I was always amazed at his determination to embrace technology as a tool to improve our efficiency at hp. One thing I learned from Ken was you're never to old to learn new tricks!
