Not sure what to say?

Ken chaired my doctoral committee and shepherded me through with grace. One of his clients spoke of his therapeutic skill: 'Talking to Dr. Dimick is like when I've been drinking, and I put my foot on the floor. It stops the world from spinning, and helps me find my way.' Rest in peace, friend, and rise in joy.

Sending many happy memories your way. Dr. Dimick was so supportive of me during my MA program at BSU, and even helped me get an internship in athletics during my second year. Dr. Dimick served on my thesis committee and I respected and appreciated him very much. I was just thinking of past professors I was grateful for tonight and Googled Dr. Dimick. I hope this finds you all with peace and healing. I'll plant some flowers in Dr. Dimick's honor.

Ken Dimick was a great teacher. I was his student in 1970-76 in my master's and doctorate degrees at Ball State. He was a great model for me as a person, friend, and professor. I am so sorry for your loss and that I did not know about Ken's death until this evening. 5/11/20

This amazing man not only mentored me as a counselor but inspired me to be an educator and author. He will always have a special place in my heart and soul.

Jan, Jill & Jeff. Ken was a worthy advisor and a true friend whom I already miss. He nurtured many during our times in Muncie. May his memory keep you!

Jeff, Charles and I are so very sorry for your loss. Though we never met your father we know he was a good man, as you are an example of that. Our prayers are with you and your family in this time of great sorrow.

I'm so sorry Jeff and Akiko and your entire family. You have become more than a doctor to me over the years but also a good friend and confidant...Much love to you...

I was saddened to hear of Ken's death. He was one of my professors in a Counselling Program (1967-1969.) My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Dear Dimmick Family
Dr. Dimmick was an awesome man. He counseled our family for a number of years. We dearly loved & respected him.
