Not sure what to say?

Dr. Dressler will remain with me forever. He saved my life from cancer and saved my wife's life numerous times from Sickle cell. He is the true meaning of what a doctor really is. He fought for his patients, regardless of his peers. When he saw other people in the field slack off of being indifferent, he gave them a quick slap in the butt to remind them what medicine is supposed to do. We were proud to have him as our doctor. No one has replaced him since. We love you.

Dr. Dressler saved my father´s life. My father often said over the years he wished he could have talked to him one more time. I can never express how much we love him and miss him nor how much we owe to him.

I still miss Ken with all my heart. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. I had the honor of working with him and, by far, he was the best doctor and oncologist I ever had the privilege of knowing.

To the Dressler Family -- Dr. Dressler was my oncologist in 2006 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He was a wonderful, caring, brilliant man who played a huge role in saving my life. My cancer has recently metastasized, and I think of him every day...wishing he were here to see me through...I am an avid reader and I will never forget how he used to come in to the chemo room and we'd talk about the books I was reading. May God bless your family and may he give my friend lasting...

As a cousin of Kenny's, I am deeply saddened. I had not seen him for over a decade, since his father's funeral in Montreal in December of 2001, when I briefly met his three amazing, beautiful children. I knew Kenny as a teenager and a young adult, followed his brilliant accomplishments during his early years as a physician, and was present at his wedding. Having been close to his kind and sensitive grandparents, Lorenz and Tony, and to his wonderful father, Cary, I am not at all surprised...

Dear Nancy -

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Ken's passing today. You can imagine the emotion I experienced when I tried to look up his office number today in order to "catch up" after several years and learned of his death. Kenny and I went to college and med school together and then we both went off to residencies in New York - so we truly came of age together. Kenny genuinely loved medicine and being a physician. He was also a caring man and good friend. His loss is...

I just learned of Dr. Dressler's passing and I am so saddened by this news. I was his patient and I cannot express the gratitude I'll always have for his care and wonderful, funny personality. I wish great comfort to his family, colleagues, and patients. I was very lucky to have had him as my oncologist.

So sorry to hear - Ken was an amazing physician, and person who truly loved his family as well as the art of medicine.
A great loss for the medical community, as well as the general community at large.

My family is saddened to learn of the passing of a phenomenal physician, Dr. Kenneth Dressler. He had been my personal physician (internal medicine) for 11 years. Additionally, Dr. Dressler was my late wife's (Beatrice Carr Bass) oncologist, and he was a beacon of hope and help during her tragic illness. When I remarried, he served as the internist for my wife, Belinda McClendon Bass, and as a caring oncologist for her mother during the year prior to her passing. We remember Dr. Dressler...
