Kenneth ELDER

My Grandpa Ken was definitely and amazing man. He taught me that I could do anything I wanted if I tried. He was a machinist at WPAFB and what he couldn't buy for the Navion he rebuilt he would make. That plane was so amazing! I have a favorite picture of Grandpa Ken and my Grandma Betty before she passed making him a widow. They are standing by the plane he rebuilt. I'm now a machinist like he was and continue to look up to him to this day. He will always be remembered as my Grandpa.

I was not acquainted with Kenneth, but his spouse was a classmate of mine at Milton-Union High School, class of 1964. May the love of God surround her and her family during these days as they share their memories of their loved one. And as these days and weeks pass, may their hearts and minds be filled with peace.
