Kenneth "Coach" Erny

Im sorry first of all to Mrs. Erny my 4th grade teacher that she has to brave this world without Ken. I am just one of the few and lucky students to get to know Coach Erny . I played my heart out for this man and he in turn made sure that I was academically prepared. To this day I struggle knowing the odds of him getting this disease. He btought out the best in all of us even if it meant running 2 more miles in afternoon practice. I loved and love coach with all my being and instead of asking...

I just read about Ken - he was key in celebrating my husband´s cancer battle in 2019. Bob was recognized at half time that year where, what turned out to be part of Bob´s eulogy, Ken read over the loud speaker. Both courageous and kind men! Good job Ken.

Lori and family, I am so sorry for your loss! You are in my prayers. I never had Mr. Erny as a teacher or coach, but he always said hi to me in the halls and called me by name. That really stood out to me as a student and means a lot to me still to this day!
