Not sure what to say?

Ken Fink was always a kind and thoughtful young man back when we were classmates at St. Patrick's College, with all our shared youthful idealism in those days. It was a pleasure to meet him again some years ago at a St. Pat's reunion, and find him just the same, a real gentleman. My condolences to his partner David Miles, his sister Marilyn (Doug) McLeod of Elliott Lake, and all his family and friends. Ken, may God hold you in the palm of his hands...

We are deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Ken Fink. We pray for love and comfort for those he has left behind. His contributions to Horticulture will be greatly missed. Arthur Horticultural Society

I was very sorry to hear about Ken's passing. He was a great friend and fellow teacher in Pembroke.

Sincere condolences to David and Ken's family.

Ken was always a gentleman. He attended faithfully the funerals of classmates from our days at St. Pat's College. Farewell Ken.

Dear David:
Sincere condolences from Maggie MacDonald. It has been a long time but you both remain in my thoughts.

My sincere condolences to David and Ken's family. It was a shock to her of his passing so soon after talking to him a few short weeks ago. Ken was Janet(Spicer) and my French Teacher at Champlain High School in the late 60's. We meet Ken again in Baden Baden Germany in 1970 and enjoyed their hospitality. Moving back to Pembroke after retirement we enjoyed our reunion with them especially at their Beachburg establishment. He was a true "Mensch".

So sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I was a neighbor as a child in Mattawa and then enjoyed his friendship at St. Patrick's College and reunions thereafter. Our Sincere Sympathy to David , Marilyn and family. He will be missed greatly.

Sincere condolences to Mr. Miles and Ken's family. As an aspiring horticultural judge, I had the good fortune to benefit from Ken's expertise as he judged a large country fair. I admired how he gave each and every entry equal time and attention. He will be sorely missed.

Mr. Fink was one of my favourite teachers at Fellowes High School in the '90s. I maintain the highest respect for him. My thoughts are with his family and friends in this difficult time.
