Ken was an early friend at OPPD. He helped me transition from a Meter Reader and student thru many positions ultimately Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As VP, I sat at my desk one afternoon in 2006 and suddenly looked up to Ken standing there. He and Charlie Pape my teachers and genuine friends. God be with you Ken. Love.
