Not sure what to say?

It was with shock and dismay that I read Ken's obituary in the Huntsville Times. I've been in New Orleans since Jan 30 working with the Katrina Recovery Mission. I happened to browse past obituaries and was startled to see Ken's name. He was so full of life and enthusiasm. He always had a smile and a hug for me and never failed to ask about my teenage daughter. Though he had trials and tribulations, he always kept his faith in the Lord. How sad that he was taken now that he found...

I just found out about Ken's death. He was a wonderful step-father to my sister and me, when he was with my mother Shirley. I lost touch with him for years. About a week before the accident, I found out Ashley's number and then got his. I am greatful to have had a chance to chat with him after all of these years. I will always remember our camping trips. He was very into nature and any outdoor activity. My prayers are with everyone.

I worked closely with Ken for much of last year out at VAFB before he went to Greely. We spoke at length, hiked the California mountain trails together and even went to church together once there. He was truly a pleasure to work with and seemed to be forever the optimist. We shared many a laugh which will never be forgotten. My best wishes go out to Ken's family and friends.

I just learned of Ken's untimely passing. My colleagues and I at Davidson Technologies Inc knew Kenandn worked with him. We admired his capabilties and enjoyed talking with recently at our main offices. We extend our deepest sympathies to Ken's family and friends. I shall include the entire Foust family in my prayers for only the Lord can sustain us at such terribly difficult and painful times.

Dearest Brother Ken,
I love you and your family. I can still see your smile, and hear your silly laugh. You have always been so giving and selfless. Others, including myself should take note of your giving heart. I remember you fixing up that old bike and riding it on the greenway. You always embraced life. I know I will see you in Glory. I pray for Joanna, Ashley and the rest of your family to have peace and comfort.
We Love You!!

My prayers are with you. I knew Kent in Sunday School class at Willowbrook. He was a important part of the group. Knowing that we will soon see him again and understand the reasons behind is death, in heaven, is comforting.May God bless you in this time of grief. In Christ, Lisa F
