He was a regular part of my life growing up as a family friend and an integral part of my father's team at the track. He was a great supporter of my dad and Dad greatly respected him. I had the pleasure of knowing Ken when he was the chef at Penn National Race Course. He was an excellent cook. He was a good guy and a friend. My deepest condolences go out to Marla and the rest of his family. Cherish all the memories you have in your hearts. RIP Kenny!
