Not sure what to say?

Dear Elaine, I have just read of Ken death & I am so very sorry for your loss. We had many good years working at the hospital together & more recently discussing Charles & Henry Goodyear. I am so glad that you & Ken hung Charles' picture in your living room. It truly belonged there! My condolences to the rest of the family. You are in my thoughts & prayers. I will be in touch soon. May God bless. Judy Allen (Marlboro)

Dear Greenleaf Family,
A funny story about Dr. Greenleaf...In 1973, I was admitted to the old Marlboro Hospital ER very late at night for a hot appendix. Lying on my side and looking at the floor, I heard a loud voice saying "Now who is it that got me up at this hour?" All I could see from my vantage point were a pair of red Converse sneakers. My thought was "this is who will cut me open?" He started to laugh at the look on my face, and proceeded to calm the fears of a very scared 18...

Dear Elaine,
We will miss sharing Christmas Eve with

Dear Elaine and the Greenleaf family.
Your husband & you supported the preserving and the presentation of History. For many years you and Ken have been members of the Sudbury Historical Society, Inc. along with the Marlborough Historical Society, Which we thank you for.
Ken was always interested in History, along with being interesting!
He had an inquiring mind, and asked perceptive questions. We will miss a gentleman of the first water.

Elaine-I first got to know you and Ken when Dottie cleaned the office on Pleasant St. A lot of water has passed throgh the brook under the Congo church since then. Some of my best memories are of when I was picking up Betty, and you or her would say "why don't you go and talk to Ken, god knows what the subject would be but no doubt that night before the lights went out I could be found searching for some arcane fact or figure. I feel that I am a better person for having known Ken Greenleaf.

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to Tom and the Greenleaf family. Dr. Greenleaf was always very special to me. I am happy that he lived such an interesting and long and healthy life up until the last few years.
