Not sure what to say?

We were greatly saddened to learn of the passing of Ken and Sally. Such warm, wonderful friends that over a lifetime, since graduation from Grant High School and our wedding, we shared many occasions and events at each others' homes and throughout Portland, including managing Grant reunions. It is hard to believe that those 75 years of sincere friendship are over.

Ken and Sally were our next door neighbors here in LO. What a lovely couple they were, and what long life adventures they shared together.
Wonderful people; we so enjoyed chatting with them both. I am so sorry to hear of their passing.
Best wishes to the family.

Peter and Katie,
I just learned that your Mom and Dad had moved on to the next plane (I'm so glad my Mom shared their obituary from the Oregonian). Your Dad was such a thoughtful person and always included a note about Sally and himself in his annual Christmas card. He also sent me a packet of old photos of Grandma (Inez) and other family members. Your Dad was a man of many talents (I have one of his paintings in my living room) and was so generous with his time and energy. I know you...

Peter and Katie, We were so saddened to learn of your parents' passing today. My mom cut out the obituary and shared it with Tricia who passed it on to Susan and me. I am so sorry. 92 years is quite a long life to share together though! I will miss receiving a Christmas card with your dad's distinctive writing and a bit of family news. My prayers are with you and the rest of your families. Love to you all.

Peter, sincere condolences on the loss of your parents. I have fond memories of your folks when our fathers worked together.
