Kenneth Bruce "Ken" Harper

Family and friends of Kenneth "Ken" Harper: Condolences on the loss of your most beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. Your feelings of sadness and loss must be overwhelming. Ken and I worked together for the NYS-DoT from 1978 until his retirement. We worked, successfully, on many important highway safety systems which, in turn, saved may lives on N.Y.S. highways. Most fond memories. May your period of bereavement and grief be, mercifully, short. God bless you all.
