Ken--Kenny to me--and I were classmates all the way back to first grade at Hartranft. A favorite memory: desperate for a hoop to play basketball, Ken brought out a chair from your house, we took the seat out, hung the chair from a telephone pole spike in the alley and we had our "court." Ah, others...playing spin the bottle under your dining room table at Ken's birthday party...Kenny catching a long touchdown pass from me in a Stewart 100-pound team game...and his little sister Fay....
