Read MoreMr. Jilbert was a wonderful instructor and I thoroughly enjoyed his drafting class. Was always friendly and warm. Certainly has the character of service and outgoing concern for others, which I am sure will be used in the future. I still write everything in block letters, required on all of our drafting projects. He was a good example of service in all the community of Manistee. William Tessman

Mr. Jilbert was my neighbor throughout my childhood and my drafting instructor. I truly believe he was one of the main reasons I ended up as an engineer and professor. He was meticulous, extremely talented, and brought out the best in his students. I always enjoyed the smell of his pipe when I lived next door. He will be missed. Sincere condolences to Mary and his family.
