I didn't know Chuck or Chuckie (as I see he was called) at all, but I was a passerby. As crazy as it may seem, it was such a serene moment. I instantly prayed for "Chuckie" and asked that God watch over his loved ones who had not yet known he was at total peace. I have thought about "Chuckie" and his family everyday since.
