Not sure what to say?

Hard to believe its been four years. Kathy I trust all is going as well as possible and that you are enjoying your grandchild. In that little one is a direct link to Ken, one that you can touch, hold and cherish until you see Ken again in heaven. Needless to say I miss my friend. I think of him often especially when sitting alone on Stony Lake. We had many good times together but most memorable to me are the times on the lake near the end of his life where he could forget his troubles,...

Just wanted to say that Ken was a good football player at William Allen HS also a past neighbor int the Washington playground area. Hope to see U in about 15 years in Heaven

To all our loved family members who have gone home to be with the Lord!

Dear Kunkel family and friends,

I just learned today, Dec 21 that Kenny passed away. My sincere condolences to all those who loved and are missing him. I knew him, but only for a short bit for I was just a tiny youngster. I was sad to hear of his passing, but in reading the memories shared by family and friends,I sense I knew him. He had a BIG and CARING HEART and will be missed by many. I felt the loss for you all while reading and I repeat, my sincere sympathy. My dad Robert and...

Kathy and Michael,
We just heard this morning at church the sad news of Ken's passing. We send our deepest sympathy to you. Michael, your dad was always so proud of you when we would see him at school and out of school events when you and Adam were in grade school. Our thoughts and prayers are with both of you.
Sincerely,
The Reese family
Liz, Cliff, Adam and Jason

So sorry for your loss. Prayers are with you at this time

Kathy - am so sorry to hear this news. Am keeping you and your husband in my prayers.

To Kathy and Michael and all of Kenny's family ; Ken's passing is a deep loss for us here in Lower Macungie and in every diner from Allentown to Kutztown. Kenny was a true friend and it was always enjoyable to be in his company (except if you were holding the ace of trump and didn't play it appropriately!). It was a distinct privilege to count Kenny as a wonderful neighbor and friend. With Kenny the phrase what you see, is what you get will always ring true. Sharing his passion of...

My fifty years of friendship with Ken is underpinned by one word "Respect" Over those years we shared a lot of fun and crazy times; but we also shared many quiet and thoughtful conversations. The one that stayed with me throughout our friendship came immediately after the death of his father. Ken faced a hard decision, stay in school and follow his dreams or leave to do what was best for his mother and brothers -- he chose the latter. To me that decision defines Ken. His legacy is that of a...
