Ken and I shared a love for the Japanese Bantam. Distance kept us from seeing each other often, but we enjoyed our e-mails and phone calls. We would each try to out do the other by "pontificating on our superior knowledge, and using a huge word where a small one would suffice!" Ken was so good at that style of humor...I will miss those conversations. My deepest sympathies for his family. My fondest memory of Ken was almost 40 years ago. Such a long time ago. Myself, the Weedman boys, the Spencer boys, the Lee boys and a few others playing football at the park in Homosassa (off Grover Cleveland Blvd). Kenny and Mike Lee on opposite teams, and Kenny's team has the Ball. The play unfolds slowly, but eventually the ball is thrown to Ken, who towers above us all, grabs the ball, which is far out of anyone elses reach, and proceeds to run down the field.
