Not sure what to say?

My Mother,Charlotte Finn Sullivan, would like to express her sympathy to the Leighton family. She also remembers spending time w/ Kenneth as a child in N. Andover Mass at Grandma Mead's home. Sincerely, Rosemary Sullivan Hayden

Dear Leighton Family,

The family of Ann (Finn) Madonia, wishes to express our deepest sympathy. Although we lived so close and both being related to the Meads, we never met. My mother speaks fondly of Kenneth during their childhood in Mass. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

TO KEN AND FAMILY,
I SEND MY CONFOLENCES ON THE DEATH OF YOUR FATHER.
I DID NOT KNOW HIM BUT REMEMBER THE RESPECT SHOWN ME AY THE TIME OF MY FATHER'S DEATH. I HAD JUST STARTED WORKING FOR YOU IN 1982 AND YOU WERE GRACIOUS IN MY TIME OF SORROW.
MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ESPECIALLY AT THIS TIME.

Dear Leighton Family,
I had the distinct pleasure of knowing your parents from Grande Village when I was the Recreation Director for the Suites. In the 2 years I was there, Ken would share his stories of Adventure, his love for the Arts, and his constant thirst for knowledge. I was very proud that I was able to nominate a phenominal person for the Ohio Healthcare Association award and when Ken was chosen to respresent Ohioians who have made an impact on those around them, I got to see...

Please accept my deepest sympathies. Your father and I were faternity brothers, Phi delta Theta at Ohio, in 1941. Although we haven't seen each other in years I proudly followed his success through the years. He was a very dedicated and intelligent man. He was a good friend to my best friend, Wendell Davidison, who is now deceased.

Marty and family:

I truly enjoyed knowing you and your mother and father. I will miss him very much. I will always remember his humor and great personality. Take care of yourself and please stay in touch.

Ken played a key role in my life, hiring me in 1978 as superintendent of schools in Aurora. Always a gentleman, steadfast in support, quick with a smile, competitive in his golf and tennis. Mostly, Ken was fiercely loyal to those he cared about and loved. His passion was children and their education. It was a genuine privilege to know Ken, to have called him "boss," and walked at his side.
