Not sure what to say?

I remember visiting Bubba & Jane many, many years ago. Being the great cook & host that he was, he offered his latest dish to me, a softshell crab sandwich. It was a whole crab on a bun (or bread, I can't really remember which). When he handed it to me, the eyes were looking straight at me. I was slightly taken aback, but with a little persuasion, I trusted him and started eating. It was really good. I can't eat softshell crab today without thinking of him. I hope you and Ronnie...
