Not sure what to say?

Uncle Ken and I our last time together.

I love you, Uncle Ken, and will miss you. So glad our whole family had the special memory of going out to breakfast with you last year. Also I am so glad that I got to talk to you and let you know I loved you about 2 weeks before you left us. Now you and my mom are together again. With love, Joy Garlick Murillo (Daughter of Gloria Meek Garlick and niece of Ken Meek.

It was good to reconnect with Ken at our class reunion several years ago, and I have enjoyed keeping up the contact on Facebook and by email. I will miss his sense of humor and remember him often, especially when I see our class emblem, the bulldog painted by him. My sympathy to all of his family and friends.

Ken was a wonderful man and friend who will be greatly missed! We love you Ken Jack and Lisa Campbell

With deepest sympathy to the Meek Jr. family during your time of grief...Psalm 46:1...God is for us a refuge and strength, A help that is readily to be found during difficult times...May God provide you with peace and comfort to endure the days ahead.

Michelle, may you find peace in knowing that your friends of the class of 89 are praying for you and your family during your time of sorrow. We are praying for your strength and may you find comfort in all the love and support from family and friends.

Buck was a fellow employee and frequenter of TATUM's Pharmacy , "on the square" in Decatur. We spent many happy hours there in 1958 and '59.

Rest in Peace.
Wesley Hall, DHS 1960

May the Peace of God be with you during this time. Jimmy Burton, DHS-1958

I went to school with Ken (Buck) and counted him a friend. We crossed paths about 20 years ago and shared some good laughs together. His passing is a loss to not only family but a multitude of friends. God bless you at this time. William Winn/DHS

To the Meek Family:

In this difficult time in your lives, may you find comfort in God's Word, the Bible. James 4:8 encourages; "Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you."

My condolences,
SJB.
