Kenneth Lee Meyers, 46, passed away on Wednesday, May. 16, 2012 Kenny was born November 28th 1965, in Roslyn PA. He is a veteran of the first Gulf War and served with the 82nd Airborne, where he earned several medals, and honors in the defense of his country. He grew up in Roslyn PA, the youngest son of George and Maybelle Meyers. He was always known as a fighter and never backed down from any challenge. A great example of this quality was how he struggled to raise two young children after the sudden death of his wife Patricia Murphy Meyers on November 22, 2009. He is survived by his two young children, Bridget Kathleen Meyers and Kenneth Lee Meyers Jr.; his mother, Maybelle Meyers; his sister, Helen Louise Evans (Meyers); his four brothers, (in order of age), George Ralph Meyers, Robert Eugene Meyers, William Paul Meyers, and Gordon Wesley Meyers; Aunt, Helen Carmer; cousin, Kathryn Rumbol; cousin Kimberly Uhlee; mother in-law, Kathleen Murphy; father in-law, Cornelius Murphy and his wife Dolores; and numerous friends, nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May. 22nd, at the William R. May Funeral Home Main Street and Elm Avenue, North Wales PA, Burial of Cremains will be in the Calvary Cemetery. Gulph Road & Matsonford Road West Conshohocken, PA. Contributions in lieu of flowers to the memory of Kenneth may be made to the Meyers Memorial Fund, c/o TD Bank 502 Ridge Pike Conshohocken, PA 19428 This fund is for the educational benefit of Bridget Kathleen Meyers and Kenneth Lee Meyers Jr
